Owner James Wilkinson left Seattle for Albuquerque in 2008 to work for a tech company. When the severance came in 2018, he went looking for the one thing he couldn't find here: a proper hotlink. Big Boss followed.

The recipe
The Original Oberto Hot Link
James signed with Oberto for the original hot link. Oberto later stopped making it for retail and honored his contract anyway. In his words:
“We are the only company currently allowed to get this product.”
A Pacific Northwest tradition, served in New Mexico, with red, green or Christmas chile on everything. It runs from breakfast through dinner.
